Shop Policies

For secure payment options we offer:

-payment via Paypal, a third party financial payment platform, that accepts all credit cards as payment funding. A paypal account is necessary.

-payment by credit card, via our third party financial payment processor Stripe. No additional account is necessary.

In both cases your financial information stays secure with the payment processors, and none of it runs through our website, nor is any of it stored on our website server.

Orders ship out in 1-2 business days, using best way.

Orders up to 5 pounds are shipped First Class or Priority mail, which will be delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Orders over 6 pounds  are shipped with FedEx Ground, which takes 5-7 business days in transit.

You will receive a tracking number with your Paypal account with the corresponding transaction, once the order has shipped.

Please note that we are located rural, where electric outrages during bad weather may delay processing and shipping orders.

We accept returns mailed back within 14 days of original shipment receipt.

Returned product must be unused, clean, in its original packaging,  and packaged up with proper shipping material, to be fit for transit.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Most of our products are listed in retail quantities.

Items that we are able to offer in larger quantities already have a discounted volume price listed.

We do not offer additional wholesale or practitioner discounts.
